Price and Availability
All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. We are not responsible for typographical errors, or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order when an error is identified for a full refund. ● Special orders may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible.
Delivery
We will deliver the products within the Continental United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. We will endeavor to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us.
However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages, or charges incurred by you because of the late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.
Canceling an Order (which has already been placed)
Once an order is placed online in most cases it CAN NOT be canceled. But we provide such a service: Cancellation is supported within 30 minutes of placing an order, and order cancellation is not supported after 30 minutes (special emphasis: orders that have already been processed cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile), and we will issue a refund after successfully canceling the order. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Pay attention: An order placed online is often released to the local warehouse within 30 minutes of placement. Once the order is released to the local warehouse it is impossible to stop and is considered shipped. All shipped orders must be accepted by the customer upon delivery and the steps to obtain a Return Authorization must be followed.
Returning Goods
We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our Return Policies and follow the returns process.
Pay attention: You will pay all costs related to returning the goods but will not be charged any form of fee as a result of the refund.
