If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (subject to availability as followings). To return an item, you must first contact us. And items must be returned in new or unused condition and must include all original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 1-2business days after we receive the returned item(s)(Please contact us if it is late), provided that the following conditions are met:
● It is necessary to ensure that the returned goods maintain the original quality and function, the appearance is intact, and the trademarks and various logos of the goods themselves and accessories are complete.
(If the product has been used after unpacking, the value and quality of the product have been damaged, or the secondary sales are affected, the 30-day free return and exchange are not supported.)
●It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returning items easier.
●If you have already applied for the invoice, please send back the Invoice Voucher.

Warranty Policy
- Smart Vacuum Cleaner: 1-year warranty for the main unit, 1 year for accessories, 1 year for wearing parts (battery, water tank), no warranty period for the main brush, side brush, main brush cover, cleaning tools, filter, and mop.
- Other Vacuum Cleaner: The other two types of cleaning products have a 2-year warranty for the whole machine and a 3-year warranty for the main components.
Notice:
- Almost all the products we sell have one year or more warranty service, and some products have a 2-3 year warranty service. For details, please click the product details page to learn more. (If the product details page does not mention the warranty period, the default is the 1-year warranty.)
- If there is any damage to the product, we will send you parts for free, and then you should install them yourself. But if it is considered to be damaged by you or other factors, you need to pay a certain fee, we will provide you with the parts.
- In the process of your use, you can refer to the product manual if you have any problems. If you can't solve it, please contact the relevant personnel in the manual. For returns and warranty services, you can call our customer service, and Dolly will answer for you.
- The warranty is valid from the date you receive your goods.
Return
If we determine that the reason for the return can be attributed to our product quality problems, mistakes, omissions, loss, and so on, the return freight will be borne by us( it can not exceed the official standard of ordinary express charges), you only need to upload relevant unpacking videos and pictures to verify the above problems. If not our reason, we also support refund or reshipment to solve the problem, and this part of the postage is borne by you; If you choose the wrong size, color, other attributes, or no longer like it when you buy, and we have arranged the shipment, we also support the return of goods, and you need to bear the corresponding expenses.
Therefore, we hope you can check the information and address before shipment. We support you to cancel the order within half an hour after you place the order. Orders processed and shipped cannot be canceled because we cannot retrieve them from the parcel stack. The above points are still supported here; If the mailed goods do not arrive 60 days overdue, you can directly refund or let us reship.
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method, you used to place your order. After we receive the returned goods and complete the return process, you can check the refund progress on the payment platform account you used at the time of purchase. (Please get in touch with the payment platform you used for the specific arrival date. )We usually complete the refund within 1-2 business days.
Exchange of Goods
The exchange of goods is limited to the same item (refers to the same item number) in a single order between the replacement of goods. The goods in each order are subject to replacement only once (except for quality problems or other legal requirements which require return), there is no restocking fee when the item is returned.
If we determine that the reason for returning the goods is indeed attributable to our product quality problems, mistakes, omissions, loss, etc, the freight will be borne by us (the amount of freight must be reported, and can not exceed the official standard of ordinary express charges), other than the above case by your freight. Please send by regular express mail, otherwise, we have the right to refuse such as delivery or surface mail before receiving your returned item. When we receive your replacement goods and if the quality inspection is correct, we will arrange to resend the new again for you after 3 business days after receipt of the replacement goods.
About Canceling the Order
To cancel your order, It is only possible to make modifications to your order within half an hour of the order being placed and if the order has not been processed. This includes canceling an order in full or in part, changing an address, changing a shipping method, and adding, replacing, or removing items from your order.
